Quill Egg Wash is a concentrated quaternary detergent & disinfectant formulated to effectively clean eggs for incubation.
- Effective against E. Coli, Listeria, Salmonella & Campylobacter
- Ideal for use in rotary egg washers
- Highly effective even in hard water
- Suitable for cleaning plastic trays, crates & other equipment
- Can be used for food processing & animal husbandry

DILUTION RATE: 1:100 - 1:150
Washing Eggs:
1) Immerse freshly laid eggs for 10-20 minutes into a Quill Egg Wash solution of 0.7-1.0% at a temperature 5-10°C higher than the inner temperature of the eggs in the bucket.
2) Gently swirl solution every 5 minutes. Remove large dirt with a foam sponge.
3) Allow to dry/ rinse with clean water at a temperature 3-5°C higher than solution.
