Products that are built to last
We believe that equipment should be made to last for years and be used every day.
To achieve our high quality standard we use rotational moulding - a technique which involves melting the plastic at a lower temperature in a large moulding machine.
This increases the strength of the finished product and means that the plastic has structural thickness in the areas needed and can flex without shattering.
Reducing waste
In 2024 we launched the Quill Eco-Flec range, a selection of our products which we are now able to manufacture with entirely recycled plastic.
During the manufacturing process, offcuts of high grade HDPE are created which would previously go to waste.
These offcuts are now collected and ground down into a fine powder which can be remoulded into a brand new Eco-Flec product.
The Eco-Flec range has the same strength and high quality finish of our original equipment range, just moulded from entirely recycled plastic.
