Returns & Refunds

If you have any problems or would like us to track your order, our helpful customer service team are available Monday - Friday.

We hope that you are happy with your order from us. However, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item.

If you discover any problems upon receiving your order please get in touch to let our team know as soon as possible as returns must be processed within 28 days of receiving your order.

The procedure for returning your items may vary depending on the circumstances and size of your order.

 

Returning Unwanted Items

For items you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect items, you as the customer are responsible for covering the cost of return postage.

To receive a full refund, items must be returned to us unused and in their original packaging. Items which we have reason to believe have been used may not be eligible for a refund.

Please make sure to include the delivery note when sending back your order as we will need the order number, contact name and address to process the order.

Refunds

We are only able to refund orders back to the original payment method. In the event that your account details have changed, you will need to contact us.

 

Damaged/ Faulty Orders & Sent Incorrect Items

We take the upmost care whilst packaging your order to make sure your items are not damaged in transport.

If you receive an item which is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team.

Our team endeavour to reach out to you with next steps within 3 working days.
