We use a range of couriers to make sure that our customers get the fastest and most economical option when shopping online.
Because we have a wide range of products of all different shapes and sizes we sometime split larger orders and may use more than one courier. In this instance we will always get in touch to let you know exactly how and when your order is being delivered.

Delivery Costs & Handling Fees
Delivery costs vary dependent on the size of order, starting at £4.95. All our delivery fees are subject to VAT.
We are able to send any size of order including hazardous pallet orders.
How quickly will you dispatch my order?
If all items are in stock our team will usually endeavour to dispatch your order by the end of the next working day. We endeavour to send all our pallet orders within five working days. However, certain geographic restrictions apply and there may be destinations where the service may take longer (for instance Scottish Highlands).
We use exclusively tracked delivery methods so you will either receive tracking information once your order has left us or will receive a call from our team to let you know an estimated delivery date for your pallet.
If your order is expected to be delayed for any reason our team will be in touch with more information and an estimated dispatch date.
Extended Delivery Items
Items marked 'Pre-order - This is an Extended Delivery Item' will be subject to a 1-3 week delay. This is because it is a special order item and not one which we hold in stock in our warehouse.
Our team will contact you with an estimated dispatch date once once you have placed your order.
Hazardous Goods
When you order hazardous goods such as chemicals our team arrange for a specialist hazardous courier to deliver your items.
If you order hazardous goods, please do take care when opening your goods in case of damage in transit. Please refer to the safety data sheet of the product ordered for handling advice.
All hazardous goods deliveries require a signature. Whilst we request that the hazardous courier rings 1 hour before delivery, this is not always possible.
Please ensure that you select a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the goods. If no one is available, the courier cannot leave the goods in a safe place and a therefore a redelivery fee will be incurred. This will need to be paid for before delivery can take place. If you chose not to pay for the re-delivery fee and to instead cancel your order, we will refund you for the goods less the original delivery fee and the fee charged by the courier for the return of the goods to us.
There are certain products which we sell which fall under a transport 'limited quantity' restriction. This means that although they are classed as hazardous goods in large volumes, we are able to send small quantities with a non hazardous courier.
Collecting Your Order
If you would like to collect your order from our site in Dorset, please select 'Pick-Up' at checkout. We will then get in contact with you to arrange a collection slot.
Please do not arrive before a collection time has been agreed as your order may not be ready.
Please be aware that some of our products are made to order and lead times can vary.

Tail Lift Delivery
If you do not have access to a forklift or similar vehicle to remove your items from the delivery lorry then a tail lift surcharge will apply.
Please tick the box at checkout if you will require a tail lift. If the box is not selected and a tail lift is required then you will be responsible for the additional fees and we may contact you to collect this payment after the goods have been delivered.
Special Instructions
If you have any special delivery instructions, such as restricted access, please advise us so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
Special delivery instructions may incur an additional charge (which we will advise you of). Failure to advise of special delivery requirements may result in the courier being unable to deliver and therefore a redelivery fee will be incurred.
